Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing from Marie McDwyer Art. As all artworks are carefully inspected before dispatch, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Original Oil Paintings Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, all sales are final. However, if your painting arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and I will work with you to find a resolution.
Giclée Prints If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 5 days of delivery. I will offer a replacement or full refund, provided the item is returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or commissioned artworks
- Digital downloads
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
How to Request a Return Email me at marie.mcdwyer@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. I will respond within 2–3 business days.
Refunds Once a return is approved and the item received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
